We’re a fully contactless property. Before your arrival you’ll receive an SMS text with your unique access code. Your code automatically goes live at 4:00 PM on arrival day, remains active through the end of your stay, and works for both your cottage door and the front gate. Be sure to provide your phone number at booking so we can send your code.
Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM — we ask all guests to be mindful of noise during this time out of respect for fellow guests.
Please complete the following before departing by 10:00 AM: bring all trash to the on-site dumpster, strip the beds and leave all linens in a pile, turn off all lights, and set the thermostat to 65°F in winter or 75°F in summer.
BOOKING & POLICIES
Cancellations:
– Outside of 14 days prior to arrival date is $20 cancellation fee.
– Inside 7 days prior to arrival date is loss of payment in full.
– 7 to 14 days prior to arrival date is loss of deposit amount.
Group and extended stay reservations may have different terms — refer to your agreement for details. To cancel, do so online or call 443-856-4256.
Yes — the primary guest must be 21 years of age or older to book.
Yes! We welcome up to two dogs per reservation with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside the cottage, may not be left unattended outside, and must not disturb other guests. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets at all times. All pets must be current on vaccinations and records must be available upon request. Management reserves the right to restrict or remove disruptive or aggressive pets.
Smoking is not permitted inside cottages, indoor facilities, or shared outdoor amenities. It is allowed on your own site as long as it doesn’t affect neighboring guests. Alcohol is permitted for guests of legal drinking age, consumed responsibly. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the property.

Cancellations:
Yes — linens and towels are included in your service charge. To make sure you receive enough, please enter the accurate number of guests when booking.
Your cottage comes stocked with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Please note these are not restocked during your stay, so we recommend picking up extras if needed. Kitchens are equipped with basic cooking necessities including plates, bowls, pots & pans, silverware and cooking utensils, coffee pot, cups, and mugs.
Our cottages are stocked with the basics, but we recommend bringing extra pillows, blankets, or comforters if you have personal preferences, as extras are not provided. Bring your own beach and pool towels — provided towels are for bathroom use only. Don’t forget beach chairs and gear for trips to Assateague and Ocean City!
All remotes in the cottage are universal — any remote will work on any TV in the unit. TVs are equipped with streaming services only.

Yes! We have a pool with patio seating, open seasonally from May through September, daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Provided towels are for bathroom use only — please bring your own towel for the pool and beach.
Yes, we have an on-site laundry facility available for guest use located in the pool house.
Each cottage includes one dedicated parking spot right next to your unit. We also have 8 to 12 overflow spots available on a first-come, first-served basis, and 4 EV charging spots for guests with electric vehicles.
Just an 8-minute drive away! Assateague Island National Seashore offers wild horses, uncrowded public beaches, and scenic nature trails — one of the highlights of staying with us.
We’re just 3 miles from Ocean City beaches — a quick drive to the sand!
