If your reservation is cancelled 7 days or more prior to check in, you will receive a full refund, less a $20 cancellation fee per reservation. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days prior to your arrival, you will not receive a refund.
Yes, linens are provided for all cottages as a part of your service charge. Guests will be given one set of towels and linens for the entirety of their stay. Additional linens or towel requests will incur additional charges.
We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets may not disturb other guests and must be cleaned up after by owners. Pets must always be on a leash and restrained when not confined inside. Pets may not be left unattended outside, even on the site. There is a maximum of two pets per reservation with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per reservation. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to remove or restrict disruptive or aggressive pets. All pets must also be up to date on vaccines and copies of pet vaccine records must be available upon request.
Smoking is prohibited in our rentals, indoor facilities, common areas, or outdoor amenities. Smoking is allowed on your own site as long as it is done so in a way that will not directly or indirectly impact the experience of other guests. Alcohol is permitted by legal drinking-age adults as long as it is done so in a way that will not directly or indirectly impact the experience of other guests. Alcohol must be consumed in a responsible manner. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
While we do provide linens and towels, we do not provide extra. If you prefer additional pillows, sheets, or comforters when you travel, please bring them with you. Our towels are meant to be enjoyed for day-to-day bathroom needs, not the beach or pool areas. If you plan to enjoy the beach, please bring your own beach towels and blankets. Our kitchens are equipped with basic necessities and should cover the basics.
