  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • No refunds on early departures.
  • Check-in is 4 PM and Check-out is 10 AM.
  • Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be courteous to your neighbors and other guests throughout your stay.
  • All cottages are non-smoking.

Booking Conditions and Cancellations

Booking Policy

  • A deposit (1st night plus taxes and fees) is due at time of booking.
  • Full payment of the booking is required 7 days prior to arrival date and taken automatically.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations:
    • Outside of 14 days prior to arrival date is $20 cancellation fee.
    • Inside 7 days prior to arrival date is loss of payment in full.
    • 7 to 14 days prior to arrival date is loss of deposit amount.
  • Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion.
  • The cancellation policy may vary for group/extended stay reservations. Please refer to your agreement for your specific cancellation policy.
  • Important: All bookings are subject to the above cancellation conditions. If you need to cancel your online reservation, please do so online or by calling 443-856-4256.

Refund Policy

Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departures, acts of nature, or evictions. Any refund processed will be returned in the same form that it was originally paid or a reservation credit can be issued towards a future stay to be used within one year from the date the reservation credit was issued. All refunds processed vis credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, with no exceptions.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets may not disturb other guests and must be cleaned up after by owners. Pets must always be on a leash and restrained when not confined inside. Pets may not be left unattended outside, even on the site. There is a maximum of two pets per reservation with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per reservation. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to remove or restrict disruptive or aggressive pets. All pets must also be up to date on vaccines and copies of pet vaccine records must be available upon request.

  • All pet owners MUST keep their pets on a leash at all times when outside
  • NO pets are to be left outside the cottage unattended at any time. You may not leave them tied, crated, or fenced outside while on the resort
  • Pets MUST not be a nuisance to the resort or its guests. Constant barking, growling or destruction of property will not be tolerated.
  • Pet owners MUST clean up after their This includes the guest sites and public areas.
  • Children must not walk pets unless accompanied by a responsible
  • Pets should not be walked in or around other cottage sites at any time.
  • If there is a pet mess on your site, we will assume it’s from your pet. In the case that other pet owners are leaving pet messes on your site please notify the front desk so that we may address and inform them of our policies.

Smoking Policy

There is no smoking or vaping of any kind permitted within the accommodations. When accommodations are inspected and smoking has been discovered, a fee of $250.00 will be charged for cleaning. Any violation of these provisions or overall resort policy will be considered a breach of contract; tenancy will immediately be terminated, and the tenant will forfeit the right to any refund.

Payment Type

Accepted cards include Master Card, Discover, American Express or VISA. No checks, cash, or Diners Club cards accepted.
