Terms & Conditions

  • Prices are based on the number of people shown in the icons above (additional person/s charges will apply)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • No refunds on early departures.
  • Children under the age of 2 stay free all year round
  • Minimum of 2 nights booking on all accommodation all year round. One-night bookings (last minute) are only accepted when booked within 7 days of arrival.
  • A minimum of 3 nights booking on all accommodation and powered sites over long weekends excluding the Christmas and Easter period where a minimum of 4 nights booking applies.
  • A minimum of 2 nights booking for cottages applies all year round
  • Two-bedroom cottages are charged for a minimum of 6 people. Prices above are for 2 adults and 4 children per night. Please note that a minimum of 2 nights booking applies as above.
  • One-bedroom cottages are charged for a minimum of 4 people. Prices above are for 2 adults and 2 children per night. Please note that a minimum of 2 nights booking applies as above.

Booking Conditions and Cancellations

Minimum Nights Stay

  • A minimum of 2 nights booking on all accommodation all year round. One-night bookings (last minute) are only accepted when booked within 7 days of arrival.
  • A minimum of 3 nights booking on all accommodation and powered sites over long weekends.
  • A minimum of 4 nights booking over the Easter and Christmas Period on all accommodation and powered sites.
  • A minimum of 2 nights booking on premium powered ensuite sites all year round.

Cancellation Policy

  • Full payment of the booking is required at the time of booking.
  • Refunds may only be available for cancellations made 14 days or more before the booking’s arrival.
  • A cancellation fee of $20.00 (USD) will apply to all bookings.
  • No refund will be provided if cancellations are made less than 13 days prior to the booking’s arrival.
  • There are strictly no refunds for bookings made on long weekends or in peak season.
  • Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion.
  • Important: All bookings are subject to the above cancellation conditions. If you need to cancel your online reservation, please do so online or by calling 443-856-4256.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly facility and allow up to two pets per accommodation. Please keep your dog on a leash at all times outside of your accommodation.

Payment Type

Cash or VISA accepted on arrival. No checks, Diners Club cards, or American Express Cards accepted.
